This course is the leading Online Permit-Required Confined Space Training Program and was designed and developed for employees who work in/around confined spaces. OSHA defines a confined space as any space that:
- Is large enough to bodily enter
- Is not designed for continuous human occupancy
- Has limited means of access and egress
These confined spaces are dangerous to the uninformed and untrained worker. Some spaces are more dangerous than others and conditions inside can change rapidly. Because confined spaces are so hazardous, employees asked to work in and/or around confined spaces must receive specialized training.
